Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Ltd. As Head of Systems Delivery, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design, procurement, build, and deployment of hardware and software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the System Delivery team in designing, procuring, building, delivering, and installing hardware and software solutions.
  • Schedule resources efficiently to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Estimate tasks accurately to avoid surprises.
  • Provide detailed descriptions and hardware scope of supply to support the Bid process.
  • Assist with the import and export of products to ensure timely project deliveries.
  • Track procured items with serial numbers to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Manage on-site work to meet quality and health & safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the IT Team to implement server and network management requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in rallying multi-talented teams.
  • Expertise in designing, building, testing, and delivering data, software, and hardware products.
  • Strong understanding of PC computing and networking needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and networking.
  • Strong PC skills and a solid grasp of ICT.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Sharp analytical skills for gathering and analyzing technical information.
