Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager - Contract Kitchens will be responsible for selling our clients manufactured range of contract kitchens to Tier 1 contractors and other industry players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 contractors and other industry players
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build-to-rent markets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the contract kitchen industry
  • Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and other industry players
  • Strong understanding of the PBSA, student accommodation, PRS, and build-to-rent markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
