Job Description
The Style Lounge No.1 seeks a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will deliver exceptional hair care services, build strong relationships with clients, and participate in ongoing training and professional development. Key Accountabilities
  • Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, to meet client expectations.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop strong client relationships by understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Suggest additional products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
  • Support front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
  • Mentor junior stylists and trainees, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Pursue ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends.
Compensation: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
