  • Building Connections: Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and families, ensuring a sense of belonging and community within the school.
Requirements
  • Empathy and Patience: Essential qualities for supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities within the school.
  • Experience in Care: Valuable experience in supporting vulnerable individuals, which will inform your approach to supporting students.
Salary

The salary for this role is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for career progression and professional development.
