- Collaborate with the Multi Agency Team to complete assessments and analyse outcomes.">
- Apply various intervention methods to promote treatment engagement.">
- Review ongoing care and facilitate service access.">
Requirements:
">Applicants should possess experience of working with high-risk families and substance misuse services. Relevant qualifications and excellent communication skills are also essential.
