Art Department Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Department Leader to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As the Head of Department Art/Design, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of artists/designers in creating high-quality visual content for various projects.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months from January 2025.
In this role, you will oversee the creation of visual materials, including graphics, illustrations, and designs. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that all visual elements align with the company's brand and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of artists/designers to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the company's visual identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of visual content.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all visual outputs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Department Leader or similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field.
