Job Title: Head of Creative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Creative to lead our in-house Creative Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the evolution of the team and enhancing its reputation as a global creative hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level brand guardianship while fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Bring fresh ideas and innovation, thinking about new technologies and skills to enhance team delivery.
  • Be accountable for the overall output of the team, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest creative standards and on time and on budget.
  • Manage an individual portfolio of work in addition to the management role, being responsible for complex design projects.

Requirements:

  • Established creative leader with a strong portfolio of digital campaign work.
  • Experience managing a design team, either in-house or agency.
  • Skilled in directing complex, commercial creative projects involving senior stakeholders and multi-disciplined teams.
  • Creatively hands-on, with the ability to generate ideas and contribute to design detail.
  • Confident and articulate communicator, able to mentor staff and present creative solutions to clients.

Qualifications and Specialist Skills:

  • Good understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, InDesign, and MS Office.
  • Able to work on a MAC and PC platform.
  • Experience of Digital Asset Managers.
  • Strong understanding of motion design and filming/animation experience preferred.
