We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 Relief Night Driver to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Class 1 (CE) licensed vehicle, with a valid CPC card and UK Digi Card.
  • Deliver goods to customers across the Midlands, Birmingham, Telford, and Burntwood.
  • Perform shunting tasks as required.
  • Interact with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Communicate with the transport team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend regular training sessions to maintain and improve skills.
  • Work flexible hours, including night shifts, to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK Class 1 (CE) Licence.
  • Current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
  • Experience with Fridge trailers is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Confident and polite communication skills.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
