Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring all system project installations are completed on schedule, safely, within budget, and to both client and company quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality installations of security systems, including access control, intercoms, CCTV, and intruder alarms
  • To train and commission engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete installations successfully
  • To manage projects from start to finish, including project handover and documentation
  • To provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients and engineers
  • To implement and oversee quality assurance for engineers to ensure consistency and high standards
  • To liaise with clients and attend site meetings to ensure successful project delivery
  • To engage with our internal procurement team and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
  • To issue progress summary reports on the status of projects to our project managers or clients
  • To review and update engineers' training requirements and appraisal status
  • To attend internal meetings with the operations team to improve best practices and processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience working within security installations and servicing companies
  • Previously worked in a security systems engineer role
  • Demonstrated ability in commissioning or working with typical security systems: Access Control (Brivo, Openpath, S2, Lenel, C-cure, Inner Range), Intercoms (2N, Comelit), CCTV (Axis, Hik Vision, Avigilon, Eagle Eye, Milestone), Intruder Alarm (Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Pyronix, Inner Range)
