Area Sales Manager Ground Shoring and Groundwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market share in the East Midlands region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts within the Ground Shoring, Groundworkers, Concrete Frame Contractors, and related industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive business growth and innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of Ground Shoring, Groundworkers, Concrete Frame Contractors, and related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary £40,000-£50,000, plus £10,000-£15,000 commission.
