Senior Associate

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a commercial property litigation caseload, including handling disputes over utilities. You will be provided with the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including commercial property litigation and disputes involving utilities.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve set financial and chargeable targets, ensuring the successful management of your caseload.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records, ensuring seamless case progression.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including training and networking opportunities, to drive growth and success.
- Support and collaborate with other lawyers in the team, including lead advisers and junior lawyers, to achieve shared goals.
- Develop and train junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc client reports, providing valuable insights and analysis.
You will be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience, with a proven track record of managing property litigation cases involving utilities companies. You will possess a flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to different tasks and priorities.
