Outwood Academy Ormesby is an 11-16 academy in Middlesbrough dedicated to creating a positive learning environment. We work alongside supportive colleagues to make a difference in students' lives.
Role Overview:
This entry-level opportunity allows you to develop skills working with young people as a Lunchtime Welfare Coordinator. You will maintain acceptable behaviour, model outstanding behaviour, and build positive relationships with students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure student security, safety, and well-being during lunchtime
* Maintain acceptable behaviour and model outstanding behaviour
* Build positive relationships with students and supervise them accordingly
Salary Details:
The estimated salary for this role is £18,933 - £21,748 per annum, dependent on experience.
