Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Work and Health Coach, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex conditions. This will involve:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Providing evidence-based psychological therapies to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure client safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology
  • HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status
  • Experience of working with complex client groups and developing personalized care plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
