Reablement Service Support Worker

At Central Bedfordshire Council, we're committed to helping older people live independently in their own homes. Our Reablement Service is designed to support individuals in regaining their skills and confidence, enabling them to manage daily living tasks with ease.
As a Reablement Service Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping our service users achieve their goals. You'll work closely with a small caseload, assessing their needs and developing personalized plans to support their recovery.
With a strong focus on person-centered care, you'll work collaboratively with our team to provide a supportive and empowering environment. You'll help our service users to regain their independence, build their confidence, and live fulfilling lives.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You'll need to be organized, able to work unsupervised, and have excellent communication skills. If you're a caring and compassionate individual who is committed to making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
