We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd.
About the Role:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating theatre environment.
- Support surgical teams in various specialties, including General surgery, ENT, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, and Plastics.
- Participate in the scrubbing process and assist with surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum.
