Job Summary

As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a critical role in the organisation's talent acquisition and onboarding processes. You will work as part of a small, friendly team based in Fareham, with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify and attract top talent
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 months' experience in an Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role
  • Experience working for an agency as a recruitment consultant or resourcer will be considered too
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience of recruiting candidates in skills-short markets
  • Confidence to partner effectively with key stakeholders

  • Salary between £27,000-£30,000 (DOE)
