Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Technology Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the Food, Cookery and Nutrition curriculum to students of varying ages and abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Department Development: Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student achievement and departmental identity.
  • Lesson Planning: Design and implement effective lesson plans that challenge students to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, a strong passion for teaching, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to work with students with SEND. An enhanced DBS disclosure and right to work in the UK are also essential requirements.
