We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Rapport, a specialist company providing corporate organisations with fully managed front and house guest services. The ideal candidate will have a positive, outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide an exceptional welcome to customers to the building
  2. Escort guests to their booked meeting spaces within the building when required
  3. Act on all requests that guests might have in an efficient and friendly manner
  4. Handle external and internal calls professionally
  5. Improve customer engagement in all areas
  6. Maintain high standards so that customer's expectations are consistently exceeded
  7. Check that all meeting rooms are set up correctly according to the agreed specification

The ideal candidate will:

  2. Have a proactive, flexible and adaptable approach with great attention to detail and ambition to learn and grow
  3. Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  4. Be computer literate, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a professional telephone and email etiquette
  5. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage own workload
