We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager for our Below Ground Pipes & Fittings division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the sales strategy and drive growth in a well-established area, turning over circa £6m.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to independent distributors and national merchants, such as JDP, Wolseley, Keyline, Civils & Drainage, and Frazers. They will also have experience working with framework contractors, M&E contractors, and plumbing contractors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling a manufactured range of pressure pipelines, pipes & fittings for the drainage, water, sewage and gas industries
- Managing relationships with framework contractors, M&E contractors and plumbing contractors
- Driving sales growth and exceeding targets
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have excellent organisational skills, and be ambitious. They must have worked for or sold to distributors such as JDP, Wolseley, Keyline, Civils & Drainage, and Frazers, and have civils or related product experience such as below ground, utilities, drainage, pipes, and pressure pipelines.
This is a field sales position that requires frequent travel to meet with clients and build relationships. The company car package includes a BMW 330e Hybrid or GLA Mercedes Hybrid, and there is a comprehensive benefits package on offer.
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, plus a 15% bonus, taking the total remuneration to £75,250 per annum. This is a highly competitive package that reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth.
