Job Title: Production Planner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at GE Aviation. As a Production Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Scheduling: Prepare and update production schedules to ensure operational alignment with production plans and KPIs.
- Supply Chain Management: Work with Operations teams to understand labour capacity, ensuring that leave, sickness & training levels support production plans.
- Long-term Site Capacity Planning: Collaborate with the wider SIOP team on long-term site capacity planning.
- Site Planning Tools and Systems: Maintain site planning tools and systems, including SAP, engine plans, output trackers, and automated scheduling tools.
- Daily Production Meetings: Conduct daily production meetings to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing Experience: Proven experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
- Microsoft Excel: Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.

- Planning/Scheduling Experience: Experience in a planning/scheduling environment.
