The Role

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our esteemed commercial and technology practice at Stevens & Bolton. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly professional team, advising on a diverse range of high-quality commercial and technology projects.

What You Will Be Doing

  • The practice undertakes a wide range of commercial contract, advisory, IT, and digital business-related work, including competition, consumer law, data protection, and franchising matters.
  • All members of the team advise on technology and commercial contracts, with a focus on sectors such as insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising, and technology.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including those with a cross-border dimension, and collaborate with in-house legal teams, well-known brands, multinationals, and owner-managed businesses.
  • The team has a strong focus on international work, and you will have the chance to work on projects with a global scope.

  • We are looking for strong team players with excellent interpersonal skills, good academics, and high-quality experience.
  • Individuals with a commercial approach and excellent technical, communication, and negotiation skills are highly desirable.
