About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth.


The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, driving sales, and leading change initiatives. They will be responsible for coaching and developing their team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.


Responsibilities



  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their performance and career prospects

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably with Tesco
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Salary: £43,500 - £55,000 per annum (£35.42 - £45.83 per hour) depending on location and experience.
