  • Collaborate with the individual's family and other support services to ensure a cohesive and effective support plan.
  • Provide transportation and support for the individual to access community resources and activities.
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license with the ability to drive a manual vehicle.

  • A willingness to learn and develop in the role, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
