Requirements
  • Organisational Design Experience: Proven experience in organisational design, including data product development teams and market-leading Chief Data Offices.
  • Knowledge of Effective Data & Analytics Delivery Models: In-depth knowledge of data & analytics delivery models, including agile data product development, AI/MLOps, and AnalyticsOps.
  • Understanding of Business Architecture: Strong understanding of business architecture and the importance of effective alignment of data & analytics teams.
  • Knowledge of the Data Value Chain: Ability to define and adapt the end-to-end data lifecycle from data acquisition to exploitation.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent track record of communicating with stakeholders from across the organisation.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Experience collaborating with clients and colleagues to define strategic goals for data and analytical capabilities.
  • Understanding of Scaling Data Analytics and AI: Understanding of how data analytics operations are scaled within an organisation.
