Caregiver Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Hartford Care Group Limited. This full-time role will involve providing individualized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
The successful candidate will have experience in adult care and a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals. A high level of physical fitness is also essential due to the demands of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality, individualized care and support to residents
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £21,875 per annum (pro rata)
