Our client is a leading design and manufacturer of bespoke and standard products for several sectors such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, and Environmental.

To help manage their growth, they are looking to hire a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team in Worcestershire.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Engineer with a passion for ensuring the highest standards in product development and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that manufacturing and related processes comply with the BMS ISO 9001 standards.
  • Determining and implementing in-house quality procedures, standards, and/or specifications.
  • Driving quality objectives to improve company efficiency and profitability.
  • Providing support to the Commercial, Engineering, and Purchasing departments.

Requirements:

  • A Mechanical engineering background.
  • Hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing quality management systems to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
  • QA background within manufacturing/engineering.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.

Salary and Benefits:

£43,000 - £48,000 per annum, plus benefits including Company Pension Contribution, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Christmas Shutdown, Individual Progression Plan, Training and Support.
