Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Manager to lead our Emotional Health and Wellbeing Service in Leeds. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a focus on emotional health and wellbeing.
About the RoleThe Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide emotional health and wellbeing support to children and young people in Leeds. This will involve working closely with local partners, including the NHS, schools, and community organizations, to ensure that our service is meeting the needs of the community.
The Service Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing our service strategy, including identifying new opportunities for growth and development. This will involve working closely with our senior leadership team to ensure that our service is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of The Children's Society.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals providing emotional health and wellbeing support to children and young people
- Develop and implement our service strategy, including identifying new opportunities for growth and development
- Work closely with local partners to ensure that our service is meeting the needs of the community
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the NHS, schools, and community organizations
- Ensure that our service is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of The Children's Society
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in leadership and management, with a focus on emotional health and wellbeing
- Experience of working with children and young people, particularly those with emotional health and wellbeing needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- A strong understanding of the emotional health and wellbeing needs of children and young people, and the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working
