About the Role

Requirements
  • 5+ years PQE with strong experience in employer advice and senior executive matters.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality fee-earning work and making a profitable contribution to the Employment Team.
  • Ability to demonstrate a keen understanding of business development and a strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ambitious mindset with a drive to excel and contribute to the firm's growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Qualified Solicitor with relevant Employment law experience.
  • Additional qualifications or accreditations in Employment law or related legal areas.
  • Membership in professional legal bodies demonstrating continuous professional development.
