Wedding Planner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team at Corecruitment. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for selling our catering services and planning weddings from initial enquiry to event execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle all incoming enquiries and generate leads for wedding catering services
  • Create tailored quotes and proposals
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and maintain relationships throughout the planning process
  • Liaise with the kitchen and logistics team
  • Attend and oversee wedding events to ensure smooth execution
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in event sales and planning from a venue or hotel background
  • Event catering or wedding experience is desirable but not essential
  • A passion for weddings
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
