About the Role

">As Deputy Dean of Teaching and Learning in the School of Health, Life Sciences, and Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic environment and fostering a culture of excellence.
">Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality and inclusivity of teaching and learning experiences, ensuring that all students have access to the best possible educational outcomes.
">You will work closely with the faculty to develop and implement innovative educational practices, advocate for pedagogical advancements, and lead the implementation of the University's Learning and Teaching Strategy within the School.

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">1. A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to driving excellence in educational practice
">2. Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing academic teams and implementing strategic initiatives
">3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with faculty, students, and stakeholders
">4. A deep understanding of the principles of Safeguarding and the PREVENT agenda in the context of further and higher education
">5. A proven track record of innovation and creativity in teaching and learning, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches
">Salary Information
">The estimated salary for this role is £73,402, reflecting the requirements and expectations of the position.
