Hygiene Management Professional
A dynamic and experienced cleanliness professional is required to join a leading food manufacturing business on a permanent night shift basis in the Kent area. The successful candidate will lead and manage a hygiene team across the site, developing a robust hygiene culture with potential for rolling standards across the group long-term and progression into a Group Leadership role.
The salary on offer is up to £60,000 per annum, inclusive of pension and private healthcare, with relocation assistance provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily hygiene functions and develop a strong team work ethic.
- Ensure training cards and risk assessments are prepared for hygienic maintenance tasks in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees, ensuring the factory meets minimum standards set out in the SHE policy.
- Incorporate COSSH data into schedules as necessary.
- Maintain factory GMP daily, ensuring the facility remains clean, tidy, and audit-ready.
- 5+ years' experience in hygiene management or supervisory roles.
- Listeria awareness essential.
- HACCP, Food Safety, and IOSH certifications desirable.
- Salary: up to £60,000 per annum.
