About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our Biophysics team at Pharmaron. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving innovative drug discovery projects through the application of advanced biophysical techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and deliver on project goals, working independently to support biology projects.
  • Demonstrate competency in core laboratory skills, including routine use of instrumentation and laboratory techniques, and an understanding of how your work influences drug discovery.
  • Execute experiments, interpret results, and plan and recommend next steps and/or additional experiments in a timely manner to solve scientific issues.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure that scientific work is appropriately reported via laboratory notebooks and presentations.
  • Document and report results of all experiments in a manner consistent with department practices and governing procedures.
