Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom developrec Full time £75,000

Senior Software Engineer Opportunity: Developrec is looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our tech-first business, working across our product suite.

We are an industry leader in software products for the tech world, with a client base from SMEs to over 90% of the Fortune 100. Our team has been successful due to our products solving real-world problems.

We use C# as our primary development language, but we are technology-agnostic and adopt an "always use the right tool for the job" approach. This means you will have the freedom to explore new technologies, such as Python, Java, Electron, Typescript, React, and Go.

To be successful in this Senior Software Engineer role, you will need:

  • Experience with modern object-oriented languages (C#, Java, Typescript, Go, or similar)
  • Willingness to learn new technology and adopt the latest approaches
  • Simplicity in code and adherence to TDD/BDD principles
  • Agile development methodologies

In return, you will join a business with a 4.7 rating on Glassdoor, a brand that invests in its team, and offers a range of benefits, including a weekly training allowance, salaries up to £75k, LTIP Share Scheme, private medical with Bupa, 5% matched pension, sign-on bonuses, relocation support, flexible working, and remote working (2 days a month in Cambridge required).
