MFL Teacher

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and inspiring MFL Teacher to join our educational community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering a love for modern foreign languages.

As an MFL Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering vibrant and dynamic lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. You will inspire students to develop a passion for language and culture, and provide personalized support to ensure each student reaches their full linguistic potential.

• Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum, ensuring alignment with the latest educational standards and best practices.
• Provide personalized support to students, identifying and addressing individual learning needs.
• Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall development of the school community.

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching MFL at the secondary school level.
• Strong understanding of current educational trends and best practices in language education.
