HVAC Supervisor

The Domestic Heating Supervisor plays a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality heating services to our customers. This position requires strong leadership and technical skills to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their heating needs are met and exceeded.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
- ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A.
- F Gas Qualification.
- Fully conversant with major manufacturers' systems and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Strong PC literacy and excellent communication skills.
