">We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent from across the UK to fill vacancies in the specialist construction sector.

About the Role:
">- Candidate Sourcing: Engage with candidates from our database of over 100,000 people.
- External Search: Search job boards and media channels for new candidates.
- Candidate Management: Speak with candidates to understand their motivations and suitability for vacancies.
- Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with key candidates.
- Market Intelligence: Map out new markets to gain intelligence and information.
- Communication: Engage with people via phone, email, text, and video messaging.
