Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our properties and facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly. In this role, you'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional maintenance services, interact with external contractors, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. You'll also participate in local and national meetings, providing valuable input and feedback. With our investment in training, you'll have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as maintenance, engineering, and construction.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction, along with strong digital skills using tablets to manage work schedules and emails. Additionally, you'll need a valid full driving license, Office 365 knowledge, and completed technical training upskilling modules. We offer a competitive salary, annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary, holiday starting at 25 days, and 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave at full pay.
