Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled HGV technician to join our team at TLP in Edinburgh. As a truck technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet of HGVs.

Key aspects of the job include carrying out routine maintenance and repairs, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £19.22, overtime pay for weekend and bank holiday work, and an extra day's holiday in lieu for bank holidays worked. You will also become part of a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a HGV technician
  • Strong knowledge of HGV mechanics and diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
