About the Role

As a Caregiver with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in providing companionship and support to our clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others and be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team

Requirements

  • Driving license (required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.25-£14.25
  • Guaranteed hours contracts, subject to availability
