About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Pricing Analyst to help us optimize our pricing strategies for Personal Lines insurance products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, developing pricing models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for pricing optimization
  • Develop and maintain pricing models using industry-standard tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • Experience in General Insurance (GI) Personal/Commercial Lines pricing
  • Proficiency in programming languages (R, SQL, Python) and tools (Power BI)
  • Familiarity with industry-standard pricing tools like Emblem, Radar, or Earnix

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000-£140,000, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
