Job Title: Executive Assistant to Regional Managing Director

Location: Home based in UK

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary package based on candidates experience and current salary, Annual Bonus.

Overview:

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across both Group-level and regional/local teams. You will serve as a key communication interface to various internal stakeholders and play a crucial role in supporting top management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Assist the Managing Director and Head Office management team in conducting market research and analysis for the region, understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and support the formulation and optimization of business strategies.
  • Customer & Sales Management: Support the daily operations of the regional sales team, including sales data analysis, sales strategy execution, and monitoring the achievement of sales targets, while ensuring effective management and response to customer needs within business processes.
  • Business Implementation: Assist the UK Regional Managing Director in executing business plans issued by head office, driving the team to achieve strategic goals, and ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Team Management: Work closely with the Managing Director to manage and coordinate the regional team, helping to improve team efficiency, foster team development, and enhance performance.
  • Communication Bridge: Act as a key communication bridge between the UK Division and Head Office based in China, ensuring smooth information flow, timely feedback, and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular business progress reports, market analysis, and other reports, providing data-based support for decision-making to the Managing Director and Head Office.

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business management, with experience as a Executive Assistant preferred.
  • Strong market analysis and report-writing skills, with the ability to conduct independent market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and facilitate across teams and departments.
  • High sense of responsibility and execution ability, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with the Chinese Head Office and UK Team.
