Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician

A Production Fabricator position is available at Prime Appointments, where you will work as part of a skilled team to enhance your expertise in assembly and fitting. This role involves fabricating and installing parts for heavy goods vehicles, with a focus on developing your skills in manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong assembly and fitting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MIG welding would be a valuable asset. Due to the site's location, having your own transport is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Fabrication and installation of vehicle components
- Effective use of hand and power tools
- Secure welding of joints and sections
- Heavy lifting and standing throughout the day
- Maintenance of a clean and organized workspace
Working Arrangements:
- Flexible working hours between 7am and 5pm
- Monday to Friday, 40-hour working week
- £15+ per hour, dependent on experience
