We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to lead our Mental Health Services in Shetland. As a Clinical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure a modern, responsive service is provided for patients and clients in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership for Mental Health services within Shetland
  • Ensure a modern, responsive service is provided for patients and clients
  • Work closely with mental health services in NHS Grampian

Requirements:

  • Experience in Community Mental Health, Substance Misuse, and Older Adults
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
