We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Contract Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Supported Living services in Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living services, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided to residents.
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the services.
- Report to the Head of Service, providing regular updates and insights into the performance of the services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of the services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the services, ensuring they meet the needs of residents and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- NVQ 4 or above in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a management role within a Supported Living setting.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Budget management experience.
- PBS experience.
