**Salary:** £72,920 per annum
**Contract Type:** Locum, Ongoing
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Child and Educational Psychologist to join our team at Tripod Partners. As an Educational Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing psychological services to children, families, and schools within the community.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments and interventions with individuals and groups, providing insights and strategies to support their development.
- Collaborate effectively within a multiagency area team, contributing to a holistic approach in addressing the needs of children.
- Provide expertise and support to schools and professionals on best practices in educational psychology.
- Develop and implement programs that aid in the educational and social inclusion of young people with special needs.
Requirements:
- A good honours degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology (or working towards).
- Eligibility for registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) (or working towards).
Desirable Criteria:
- Additional accredited postgraduate qualifications.
- Experience in multi-agency or multidisciplinary team settings.
- Teaching experience in various educational settings.
- Knowledge of the responsibilities and structures of agencies involved with young people.
