Key Responsibilities- Manage a programme of enhancements and change in our ERP platforms
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders in the business, responding to concerns and working to resolve issues
- Work with the Business to develop Business Rules and translate into system processes
- Map "as is" processes and develop "to be" processes to address issues or improvements with our ERP platforms
- Produce technical process mapping diagrams that can be used to produce technical requirements
- Specify system testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements
- Preparation of user training material and process flow diagrams
- Onboarding and training of a champion network to support the roll out
- Manage the communication plan and support with pulling together monthly business updates
- Be able to interrogate and analyse data
- Capable of distilling complex processes with the audience in mind
- Be able to problem solve
- Capable of pulling together a process flow highlighting key steps and dependencies
- Outstanding Communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of influencing skill
- Good computer and IT skills including Word and Excel and PowerBI (desirable) and an ability to uptake and assess new systems
- A good amount of Experience in Managing the running of Projects and/or Initiatives with software/ERP
- BCS qualification or equivalent
