Education Specialist

KIPP NC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Specialist to join our team. As an educator in our K-4 Exceptional Children's class, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your students. Your commitment to delivering top-tier curriculum, using assessment data to drive instruction, and maintaining accurate records will set you apart as a leader in education.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-level curriculum execution that meets the unique needs of each student
* Using assessment data to inform instruction and drive student growth
* Maintaining accurate gradebook, records, and data tracking systems to ensure seamless communication between teachers, parents, and administrators
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, a passion for lifelong learning, and a commitment to the mission of KIPP NC. A valid North Carolina teaching license or willingness to pursue state certification is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant content area. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and generous time off to support your personal and professional growth.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.
