Job Overview
The role of a Nurse at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board involves assisting the Ward Manager in delivering the day-to-day running of the service. This includes ensuring the ethos of the service is conducive to patient care. The post-holder will take charge of the day-to-day Clinical and Nurse Management of the ward in the absence of more senior staff.
Main Duties
- Supervise junior staff and be able to teach qualified and unqualified staff.
- Assist the Ward Manager in delivering the day-to-day running of the service.
