Bobbi Brown Cosmetics - Retail Artist Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Artist to join our team at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating an inspiring in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized makeup consultations and demonstrations to customers
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to the creation of visually appealing store displays and window displays
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
