Financial Estimator

Established in the South Coast region, Randstad Staffing is a prominent player in construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Financial Estimator to join our team from their new regional office near Winchester.
This role involves working closely with our preconstruction, bid, design, and planning teams to produce accurate and competitive tender bids. The successful candidate will have excellent estimating skills, experience of cost analysis, and proficiency in using Conquest software packages.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying clients and projects, preparing bills of quantities, liaising with architects and engineers, sending out tender enquiries, and dealing with existing supply chains and contractors. Experience of conducting take-offs and interviewing potential contractors would be advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
